Tell Your Story Tuesday! “Engineer boots, leather jackets, and tight blue jeans.” Reconnected with a part of my authentic self this past weekend while attending the Piano Man, Billy Joel, in concert. Sheryl Crow and Lionel Richie added an extra layer to that connection with their music. Thanks, dad, for somehow leaving me your leather jacket to wear! How it survived during our downsizing is miraculous in itself. Grateful to attend the concert with two people who welcomed this music in their lives “when they wore a younger man’s clothes.” What music or artist takes you back to bits and pieces of your authentic self?
