About the Event

In a private class, featuring Kellsie of Becca & Brie Charcuterie + Events, you will learn all about the formula for selecting cheeses & charcuterie and how to arrange them creatively on a board, including tricks such as salami roses and slicing techniques for cheeses & fruits!  Classes are full-service and include all supplies, materials and class instruction. This class is designed for individuals that wish to use these skills for their own personal use and not as a learning tool for a business.

We are Becca & Brie Charcuterie + Events! We are located in the beautiful mountains of Western NC and North Georgia! We LOVE to travel and meet people from all over so if you are located in Hayesville, Murphy, Franklin, Hiawassee GA or the surrounding area shoot us a message!
